Hello,
as stated in my OP, for linux there are e.g. Clementine, Strawberry, Cantata with folder view.

The BMP loading issue was fixed quite some time ago. The current version of Audacious supports BMP files just fine. John Lindgren

In the Windows edition of audacious, the BMP files in WinAMP have to be changed to PNG files in ord... Hieronymous Anonymous

I have the same request. I tried DeadBeeF but couldnt get the folder view plugin working, even after adding a folder,... Aad Rufa
